All clinic training equipment is supplied by MHSA (except horses and their equipment and your helmet and attire).  If you have your own Horse Bow please bring it with you.

Daily Clinic Program:  At 8.30am the riding group starts the day with a runway and track familiarisation session.  We will also start shooting on a small section of the track working on the first elelments.

After this we put the horses away and have a quick morning tea before starting a ground session that will include off side and jamlaki targets.

On completion of that, and a lecture during the lunch break on rules, we are back in the saddle combining the two morning sessions and working through the whole course and its various targets.  The day finishes around 4.30pm.

Equipment sales are availalbe at this clinic as we do bring a selection of our store items along with us.  If you would like to pre order and have it delivered to you at the clinic, please go through our Store for our range of products, all legal for use in the sport of Horse Archery.

BYO DRINKS & LUNCH - There are no catering facilities. BYO LUNCH and be ready to listen to the lunchtime lectures each day.

Also please BYO horse treats.  The horses learn their role much quicker and are more tollerant of the long days if they get some treats.  I find choped carrot peices are great, but if you have others please bring them for your horse.

Approved safety riding helmets and boots with heels must be worn at all times whilst on horseback.

MHSA waivers must be signed before participating in the clinic. These are available here

Clinic places are not secured until full payment is received. Refunds are not given after the RSVP date. You are able to find someone to take your place and they can pay you directly.

Weather Policy - As we often have to travel great distances to these clinics, we cant easily reschedule if the weather is wet, the clinic will go ahead.  If, however, the weather be so inclement we will do our best to reschedule at a time that suits the clinician and majority of the participants.  If you are not able to attend the reschedule dates you will be given a credit that can be used within 12 months of the postponed clinic.

    NO DOGS PLEASE
